Cili88 is more than just an ordinary online gaming platform. We are a Malaysian player community built on a foundation of trust, safety, and genuine gaming experiences. Learn who we are, the values we stand by, and why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players choose cili88 as their go-to entertainment destination.
Cili88 was founded in 2018 with one simple but meaningful goal: to build an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs and lifestyle of Malaysian players. Our founders — a group of tech experts and local casino gaming enthusiasts — saw a significant gap in the industry. Too many platforms were simply copying international models without understanding the unique context of Malaysian users.
Starting with a small but dedicated team, cili88 was built from the ground up with the local user experience as the top priority. This included supporting popular Malaysian payment methods such as FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR, providing customer support in Bahasa Melayu, and ensuring a friendly, intuitive interface accessible to users of all ages.
Today, cili88 has grown into one of Malaysia's most active online casino platforms, with over 500,000 registered members. This growth did not happen by chance — it is the result of our unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and member satisfaction, a commitment we have never compromised since day one.
Even as our platform continues to grow and offer more games and new features, the core of cili88 remains unchanged: to be an honest, safe, and enjoyable betting partner for every Malaysian player — whether you're a newcomer trying your luck or a seasoned player looking for a fresh challenge.
Six compelling reasons why cili88 is the top choice for online players across Malaysia.
Every transaction at cili88 is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal and financial data is never shared with third parties. Our real-time fraud detection system monitors your account around the clock to keep you safe at all times.

Cili88's financial system is optimised for speed. Deposits via FPX and digital wallets are processed instantly, while withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to one working hour. No unnecessary delays, no hidden fees.
The cili88 app is available for Android and iOS, built for smooth performance even on slow internet connections. Its clean, intuitive interface lets you browse games, make deposits, and check your balance in just a few taps.

At cili88, we are not simply running a gaming platform. We are building a responsible, inclusive online entertainment ecosystem that delivers real value to every member. This mission and vision are not just slogans — they are reflected in every decision we make, from interface design to how we handle customer complaints.
Our vision is to become the most trusted and most loved online casino platform in Malaysia by 2027 — not just in terms of user numbers, but in satisfaction, safety, and a strong long-term reputation in the industry.
Our daily mission is equally concrete: to provide a fair and transparent gaming experience, process every deposit and withdrawal quickly and accurately, offer promotions that genuinely benefit members, and always be there for players whenever they need support.
All promotion terms, withdrawal limits, and wagering requirements are stated clearly. No hidden conditions, no unpleasant surprises. What you see is what you get.
The security of members' data and funds is our absolute top priority. We continuously invest in the latest security infrastructure to ensure your account and transactions are always protected.
All games at cili88 use certified, independently audited random number generators (RNG). The outcome of every round is completely random — no manipulation, no bias.
We provide self-management tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to help members stay in control. Responsible gambling is not just a policy — it is a practice we actively encourage.
We never stop improving. From adding new game titles to upgrading deposit systems, cili88 is constantly evolving to meet the ever-growing needs of our players.
Every great achievement begins with a bold first step. This is the story of cili88's journey — from an idea born in a small meeting room to becoming one of the most active online casino platforms in Malaysia.
This journey has not always been easy. There were technical challenges, regulatory hurdles, and difficult moments that tested our team's resolve. Yet our commitment to the original vision — building a platform truly made for Malaysian players — has given us the strength to keep moving forward.
Cili88 officially launched with a focus on slots and core table games. Our early platform supported payments via local bank transfers and received an encouraging initial response from the Malaysian player community.
Cili88 introduced a Live Casino section featuring real dealers, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette. This marked a major transformation for cili88, evolving from a slots platform into a full, comprehensive online casino.
We integrated Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, making the deposit process easier for Malaysia's younger generation. That same year, cili88 hit the milestone of 100,000 registered members — an achievement that gave the entire team a tremendous boost of motivation.
The cili88 app for Android and iOS launched officially, letting members play from anywhere with an experience fully optimized for mobile screens. Member response to the app has been overwhelmingly positive, with download numbers exceeding our initial expectations.
The Sports Betting section was expanded with broader coverage, including local Malaysian sports. We also became one of the first platforms to fully support DuitNow QR, making the deposit process faster and more convenient than ever.
Cili88 reached 500,000 registered members while launching a major platform overhaul encompassing a new interface, faster processing systems, and a range of enhanced security features to ensure the best possible experience for every member.
Behind every smooth transaction, every game that runs without a hitch, and every customer query answered promptly, there are hundreds of dedicated individuals working hard every day to keep cili88 at its best. The cili88 team is made up of technology experts, security analysts, product managers, customer support agents, and more — all united by a single shared goal.
The work culture at cili88 emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability. We believe great products come from happy, motivated teams. That's why we invest not only in technology, but also in the development and well-being of every member of our team.
Our customer support team is intensively trained to understand not just the technical aspects of the platform, but also to empathize with each player's needs and concerns. They don't just read from a script — they genuinely listen and work to resolve every issue in the best possible way for our members.
From software engineers to cybersecurity specialists and game analysts — this breadth of expertise is what makes cili88 a robust and trustworthy platform.
We are proud to offer customer support fully in Bahasa Melayu, ensuring every member can communicate comfortably in their own language.
Member feedback is read and analysed seriously. Every reasonable suggestion is considered in our ongoing platform development cycle.
Cili88 believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment and enjoyment, not stress or hardship. That's why we take responsible gambling very seriously — it goes well beyond simply meeting licensing requirements.
We provide a range of self-management tools accessible directly from your cili88 account settings. These tools are designed to help you stay in control and enjoy a healthy, balanced gaming experience free from any external pressure.
Cili88 operates under a valid gaming license and complies with all applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements. This means every aspect of our operations — from how we handle members' funds to how we process personal data — is subject to strict oversight and auditing.
Our gaming system is regularly audited by recognised independent bodies to ensure all games operate fairly and in line with their set return-to-player (RTP) rates. These audit reports confirm that no manipulation takes place and that every player has an equal chance to win.
